Can you wait with my pet during their appointment?
Absolutely! If you’d like us to stay with your pet during their appointment, we’re happy to do so. Appointment wait time is $45 per 30 minutes and is added to the transportation charge.
How is me pet transported?
Our standard method of transportation is secure, properly sized crates, in accordance with applicable USDA transportation requirements. We understand that some pets are not comfortable with crate travel, so when appropriate, we can arrange a crash-tested, vehicle-secured harness system based on you pet’s needs and the transportation requirements.
How far in advance can I book Pet Transportation?
We recommend booking your pet’s transportation as soon as you know the date and time you’ll need it, especially for veterinary appointments, grooming, and other time-sensitive trips. Availability is based on our team’s schedule, so advance notice helps us reserve the best time for your pet’s ride.
Will my pet be traveling with other animals?
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always our priority. Transportation may be provided as a private ride or with other compatible pets depending on scheduling, route, and individual pet needs. We carefully consider each pet’s temperament, safety requirements, and comfort level before combining any rides.
Do you offer long-distance to out-of-state pet transportation?
Yes, absolutely! We may be able to accommodate longer-distance and out-of-state transportation requests depending on availability, travel distance, and your pet’s needs. These trips require additional planning, so we recommend reaching out in advance so we can discuss the details and create a safe travel plan for your pet.
