Carefully selected locations, varied by time and weather, guarantee the best experience. Each trek includes convenient transportation, playful activities, runs, and it might even include a refreshing swim. Your pup will then return home—dry, hydrated, and ready for a peaceful nap. It's not just a walk; it's a premium adventure for your active companion.

This all sounds fantastic, but what about weather conditions, such as thunderstorms?
We do take weather conditions into consideration and would never jeopardize the safety of your pets and our trekkers, so we change the locations of our adventures to indoor private locations if/when necessary!

HOW WE WORK
- Fill out and submit a virtual consultation request form, which is located in our “Contact Us” section
2. You will receive a confirmation message from one of our adventure enthusiast pet attendants for your appointment request, and an email with an outline of our company policies and procedures. This way we may discuss any questions or concerns during our virtual meeting.
3. During the virtual consultation, we will discuss the type of services your are looking for, as well as your pets routines, and set expectations for you, your pet(s), and your pet attendant.
4. Before the virtual consultation ends, we will schedule a PAID In-Person Meet and Greet ($45), where your new pet attendant gets to meet you and your pet(s) in person.
5. After your meet and greet, we will do a little happy dance and send you a link of our appointment scheduler software so you can activate your account and create your pet’s profile.
6. Schedule your first service through our client portal.
7. Receive updated report cards with pictures after every visit from your sitter.
8. RAVE about our services, and leave a testimonial on our site!
All service requests are done through our client portal in Time To Pet. After our meet and greet, you will be able to activate your own account. With your new account you can manage your information, pet information, request services, and get updates after every visit!
- Service requests are received in a first come, first served basis, so we highly encourage you to schedule your appointment ahead of time, especially during the holidays.
**Our normal hours of operation are 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please note that all visits are rendered during these times, as well as client communication, and all other inquiries will be managed within this timeframe.
- Our treks are divided by blocks, so when you request a service, you’ll have the option of choosing morning, midday, & afternoon.
- Morning treks are from 10am to 11am | Midday treks are from 11:30am to 1pm | Afternoon treks are from: 2:30pm to 5pm
- Please have in mind that we do work with pets and pets won’t always adhere to our schedule, so some visits might take longer than expected; therefore, we do not schedule services for specific times, only timeframes mentioned above
Payment is due in full at the time of booking, and are to be made through our client portal. We accept all major credit cards, such as Discover, Master card, Visa, and American Express.
We service Apopka, FL and it's surrounding areas up to a 15mile radius. Visits that are over a 10 mile radius of Apopka, FL will be charged an additional fee of $10.
***There are exclusions for some of our Adventure Services. Our service area range extends for up to a 20 mile radius for Adventure Weekends and Adventure Days
Bookings during the following holidays are subject to a $5 fee surcharge per visit:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day
For the safety of your pets, and our own peace of mind, we do not render any type of services if pets are unsecured, meaning, they have access to outdoors while home alone. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Wet Nose Pals is insured and bonded through Pet SittersAssociates
We require 2 points of access to a client’s home. Many clients have a digital code to enter their home; however, if battery or electricity fails, we need another safe point of access in order to properly care for your pets.
- If a key is provided, both client and pet sitter are required to agree and sign a “Key Handling Form” during the meet and greet. If client chooses to have sitter drop off key upon client’s return, a “Returned Key Form” must be signed by both the client and pet sitter at the time of drop-off.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR KEY COPIES READY FOR THE IN-PERSON MEET AND GREET; if no key is provided at the meet and greet, then client will need to schedule a “key pick-up” visit.
- All key pick-up and drop-offs have an additional fee of $15 per visit.
We know life happens, and plans might change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy:
- We will give a full refund as long as we have been notified up to 24 hours before starting service.
- If the cancelletaion is requested the same day of service (24hrs), we will refund 50% of the service rate.
- If cancellation is requested within 2hrs of starting service, then no refund nor credit will be issued.
- Please note that ALL cancellation requests are to be approved by management.
